SHIPPING & RETURNS
All New Zealand orders are $6 per order.
All New Zealand orders are shipped fully-tracked and traced with an estimated delivery of 1-4 working days.
All Rural NZ orders will take 1-3 days longer than standard shipping.
Please note: Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding holidays). We don't offer Saturday delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to Asia, Australia, Europe & North America. All orders will be charged on a weight-based calculation/ location at checkout.
All International orders will be shipped using tracked NZ POST, and should arrive in 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery. ESSONE LTD is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns and exchanges.
All our products are natural and made by hand, therefore some variances in colour, scent and texture may occur between batches.
We recommend you keep your product out of direct sunlight. If it is exposed to temperature fluctuations, please note that some variances in texture may occur, particularly in our balms. It may look as though small beads are dispersed throughout, however this is a completely normal reaction that occurs naturally in beeswax. They will melt immediately upon skin contact.

Returns will only be offered in extenuating cases, as determined by our team. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return based on internal policies.
Please note the postal cost of returning an item is to be paid by the customer.

PAYMENT
Item prices are subject to change. Your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price. Prices shown are in NZD. Prices are checked regularly. However, if the price has changed or there has been a pricing error when your order is received we will contact you for instructions.
Payments must be made in full via credit card. Only one payment will be accepted per order. Prices listed on our online store are in New Zealand dollars and will be billed to you in NZD.
Prices shown on the website do not include delivery. Our delivery charges are calculated at check out. These charges are subject to change.
When you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation that we are processing your order. ESSONE LTD owns the products until we ship the goods to you with full payment.
Risk of loss and damage of the products are passed onto you upon delivery. Although our products are carefully formulated, should you develop adverse reactions, we will not be held liable once ownership of product is passed onto you.

When using a credit/debit card, the billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit/debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
